Highland & Moray Birds

Hello there,
this is my first ever post on a board ? so be gentle!
I,m going to spend a week near cannich in early July and i would just like any suggestions of good sites to visit in the area. I will be going into Glen Affric and the rspb reserve at Corrimony and perhaps Loch Ruthven if not too far away. Any suggestions or even tips as to specific parts of these sites to go to and at what times will be gratefully recieved.
